White Ltd. brings you years of experience in water losses.  Our Certified professional staff are fully trained to adhere to all IICRC water damage guidelines, including assessing the loss, structural drying, contents drying, daily moisture testing and monitoring, and then your final inspection to the completion of work.

  1. Safety First - do not step into any flooded areas unless all power to affected areas is turned off.  WATER AND ELECTRICITY DO NOT MIX

FIRE/SMOKE RESTORATION

R. C. White Ltd. specializes in complete restoration from floors to ceilings.  We have trained, certified employees who will take every step necessary to ensure that your property is protected and secured from any further damage.

Fire and soot (smoke residue) from the fire can damage most of your belonging if not attended to right away.  The first 24 hours of a fire is a critical part of the emergency clean up.  We immediately start by cleaning and protecting contents and structures that can be saved such as porcelains (sinks, toilets, and bathtubs), windows faucets etc

 

OUR SERVICES:

  1. Complete inspection Our first priority is safety. -  Our estimators will then evaluate the damage and devise a plan for reconstruction
  2. Emergency clean up  - First 24 hours in preventing permanent damage
  3. Smoke and soot -  We act quickly to remove the source and eliminate smoke removal odors
  4. Pack outs, moving -  If needed, our staff will pack up salvageable items which and storage will be brought to our warehouse facilities for careful cleaning and restoration. Contents are then inventoried and can be stored in our warehouse space until reconstruction is completed.
